Me.

I'm one of God's creation
A plain girl who realise her full potential is barely reached
Babysit, eating, sleeping and dancing is her best leisure ability
Loves her family & friends to bits
No life ahead without them in my life..
Currently 7hrs away from home
Right now loving the life she is leading in Adelaide only because there are so many things she got herself involved in..
And it is not worthless involvements, mind you..

June 10 ' 06.

Getting ready to board bus Transnasional at exactly 9 pm sharp. My family and I, together with a whole group of 'other' families were on our way to Pulau Redang. A place full of beautiful sandy beaches and nice people. A supposedly 10 hour journey through the kampungs turned out to be just 8 hours. The Malaysian driver was a killer! The bus was like 'ski-ing' on the wet road.

Upon reaching at terengganu jetty; 6 am , we had to wait till 10am for the other bus which held the other group of people. Altogether there was the Ishak group, the Fandi group and the Convert group taking up almost a total of 60 people. The sunrise was magnificent cum breathtaking.

Travelling by a cruise was normal. You see nothing but the vast ocean out there. Feelings of excitement got the better of me and I started cam whoring. We were welcomed by the hotel staff at the redang jetty and was sent straight to the hotel where we got our lunch. What was memorable for me was the lamb which was super soft making it impossibly easy to chew. So then after a heavy lunch we were all sent to our respective rooms where we had rest to recover from our "Bus lag". I however could not wait to explore and so my cousins and I started swimming in the pristine blue sea. It was WONDERFUL!! East Coast, Pasir Ris and Changi Beach is nowhere and will never be as clear as that!! Snorkelling is obviously a mUSt. Corals, fishes, ship wrecks are visible. The fishes are like face to face. Its that close. And they will go even closer if you feed them. Ofcourse you must go deeper to be able to see all this. All this was done in the First day.

2nd day was free and easy for us all. As we were at an island by itself, there was not really any shopping malls or what nots for us to look at. Therefore we spent most of our days by the beach. Suntanning and swimming was starting to get boring so the whole 3 groups was invited to play a game of telematch organised by the hotel staff people. We had usual games like tug-of-war, walking using the flippers, walking with the gunny sack. It was alright lah, Atleast there was something to do. We then had a ride on the banana boat and I was the 2nd person from the back. Always sit at the BACK as that is when falling will very much be likely to happen. As soon as the "abg" turns the steering wheel, "Splash!!" in you go to the water.Atfirst I was scared to fall into the water. I mean you are all alone in the sea not knowing what is swimming beneath you so not wanting to take any chances, I held on to my handle real tight. Unfortunately, the lifeguard must have noticed that I never fall when my cousins do so I got warned by the "abg" not to hold the handle if I am about to fall. Wah...and he did not stop trying to make me drop into the sea. In the end, I just let go.. Make him proud lah eh....hur hur...

3rd day was the fun part where we're taken by a boat at 9am around the island to snorkel!! It was superb I tell you.. The things you are able to see swimming underneath the wide ocean.. Seriously it's no point trying to explain. You should see it for yourself. We got back at 2pm and had our lunch. After a few hours of rest, my cousins and I was taken to another island, a short distance from our hotel island for our parasailing. I decided to go 2nd last. It was during the sunset.. Argh!! Up there in the sky, all you see is water below you. But what is beneath the sea is what you don't get to see near shore. There are turtles, big ship wrecks, more corals. To me, the great thing of parasailing is when you go up and the landing part. I feel like a Bird!! Then that night, we had BBQ to celebrate our last night at pulau redang.

The "abg's" there were very helpful and friendly. Plus they got nice toned bodies too. hehexx.. Their accent is also very charming though funny at times. Never will I forget my experience there. It was one holiday which was not wasted.
So before we headed for home, we stayed a night at Grand Continental. One hotel at terengganu. After going to redang, I find the last night was not really as exciting. But who cares?? I am so tired right now.. I need my sleep.

Ps: the pictures will be posted soon.
