So get this.
I was having fun having a wrestle with my brother when my Ayah came in the room with today's newspaper. Immediately we stopped our short fight and I started browsing through the papers. Everything was routinely normal. A murder trial, a woman with alot of tattoos covered on her body, sports section..(the papers are starting to get predictable eh?) and then my eyes focused on an article by an Edwin Yeo. A favourite columnist of mine who I assure you have the wits and the jokes to keep you laughing non stop.

So today's article from him was on the NYP scandal by the girl Tammy. I think that is the name. Have you watched it? I have..* Smiling sheepishly* That was the first and will be the last ok!!For those who have not, well no worries, you sure did not miss anything exciting. It was very long & boring. All 'poses' are the same most of the time. There came a point where I even told my friend who passed me the video.." Now I am wondering why people actually get high watching porn? It is so draggy. PLUS isn't it better to just do it YOURSELF and experiment the Birds and the Bees on your own?" And all he did was laugh! I must say I have to agree with Edwin. Pity Tammy. Imagine being famous because of something dirty. It is already featured out of the mainland mind you!! Wonder if she gets paid by the producers...*thinks* hehexx..Niwae I am wondering how come only the girl's name is going around and not the guy's? He was very much as visible as Tammy. Infact I must say it was mostly his 'thing' that was being shown. Well whatever.. I just feel like people should just leave that girl alone already. She is in a bad condition as it is. Or she may actually be enjoying the popularity eh quietly; only she knows.

So i just finished watching this campus superstar finals. Well the guy won. Though I actually felt the girl should win. I heard her sing this one chinese song during an advertisement which I was attracted to. Up till now I love humming the tune in my head. But then I started thinking about how many competitions are suddenly coming up. There was the superstar, campus superstar, super band, Singapore idol, miss singapore, anugerah skrin.. and I am sure there are lots more not mentioned. I am suddenly forced to wonder if there is any uniqueness at all anymore into having this competitions. With so many coming up, don't you feel like somehow everyone will surely win themselves a "name"? I mean Singapore being just a tiny dot on the map and all.. it won't take long before you start finding out that every single body has gone through at least One audition in the hopes of becoming someone famous. Well ok not famous just popular? Face it, you tell me which Singaporean has actually become FAMOUS?? I don't see any walking down the red carpet YET. Not even Fann Wong.. or has she?? mm... So what is up with the competitions eh? Enough already.. Just concentrate on erm..I duno something else?? Or are Singaporeans too boring???
