BIG DAY

I think I am getting used to the system here. I am kinda starting to like schooling here. Ofcourse the norms, I do dislike certain subjects like PED 3 and Signals and Systems. But I guess after much practise and hardwork, I will be able to get through. I must remember my priority. That is to get my honors too.

So in the end, the parents decided not to come down here in December. Instead, just pass me the money which they will be using if they came over. Hoo yah! Do I hear shopping beckoning me? tsk tsk. Nah, I decided then that I wana go home.. But I need to get the best flight prices. Please let me have the luck to get a cheap ticket. Intend to fly home by 2nd december. I wana see my baby Danish! And then meet all my relatives and cuxxies on Raya Haji! I cannot wait.. On top of that, ofcourse dapat duit lah kan.. muahaha

One of my cousins will be joining me here in Uni of Adelaide to do his architecture degree. Yay, one family close by. Hoo yah!

It is nearing the month of august. Meaning nearing MY BIG DAY! Did I ever tell any of you that I was born in the wee hours of the morning? If I am not wrong, it would be at about 2am. It would be fun if I got wished at exactly that same time. Hehe.. I do not know how this year's Birthday would be like. Firstly, I am already not in my hometown, surrounded by all the love ones and my close mates. I will surely miss having all the parties they would make for me. Or even getting the presents from them. What's more, my birthday happens on a friday! I can actually imagine what will be planned for me if I was back at home. Time table will be packed with activities. From family, then to the close friends, then to the cousins. ARGH! I am gona have to give it a miss this year.. How sucky! I am already in tears thinking of the past celebrations I had. This year is gona be one boring Birthday....

Me in Adelaide

Finally, like after nearly 2 weeks in OZ, I managed to get mY internet! Hoo yah. It was prolonged due to the fact that my campus mates and house mates wanted to test out the different possibilities of wireless broadband. If all of us could share, and divide the total amount to 5, then we save alot rather then each pay 39 AUS dollars per month. In the end, we decided doing the latter was the best bet. It all still adds up to the same thing. Plus, if we each decided to shift house to a better area, it is less of a hassle. In the end, here I got my connection. Like finally! Unfortunately, we still have a qouta of 10GB. Like wad d hell kan? In SG, its unlimited. Bluek..

So updates on me life.. Firstly, thank you to all of you who sent me off at the airport. It was a tarching sight. I was really surprised to see some unexpected people there too actually but no matter. Thank You again. To those who wished me well b4 I left, thanks too. And for those who have mailed me asking about me. Alhamdulillah. I feel great and blessed to have friends like you.

I miss alot of things back in singapore. Top on the list is my baby danish. No surprise there. Then comes my family and cousins. I miss hanging out with you guys lah...Till wee hours of the morning. Here, by 5, 5.30pm, everything is dark. No life at all! And that is only 4pm there you know.. Then my close friends and finally the food there...! It is so hard to actually buy food here. Like back at home, if you crave for something, you will know where to get it and just buy some. But here, you crave for it but to get the halal ones is a far distance away. It is that difficult. So frustrating..Therefore, every dinner, is home cooked food. I have eaten dishes like, ayam sambal, sardine, papadam, telur cheese, hot dogs, sayur cooked in soup, curry with prawns, spaghetti. Think that's all of it. So far okay lah.

Managed to catch Harry Potter from here last tuesday. Have to admit, its not as exciting as the previous ones. Am I growing out of it already? Nah.. don't think so since alot of you guys agreed with me too. What happened eh? Isit cause Daniel Radcliffe is now not as cute anymore? muahaha. But Emma Watson is good looking man..Well I rate it 5/10. Okay lah give face, 6.

My face is dry like hell. I have like this 2 dark nearly-fang-look-a-like on me face. ARGH disgusting. It is super cold here and sometimes it drizzles. The lowest it has gotten is maybe 3 degrees? Or maybe even lower. On top of that, I have caught a flu. And the medicines are not helping! Think it is due to the drastic change of temperature. Not used to it thus.....

Friends made are a selected few so far. And all Malaysians. So far everythings okay. Nothing much to comment about the friends.. hehe..

Nights here are long and days super short. Time seems to move so slowly especially at night. Should be cause its winter? I cannot wait to end my time here. I know once I graduate, I might actually miss this place. Well, life is like that ain't it. Always never happy with what you have. But I promise I will make the best of my time here. Pray for me people for both studies and health. And do take care of my family for me. Insyaallah, I will see all of you again.. AMIN.
